Story Synopsis
Prince Cecil, exceptionally gifted and bored with his easy life, finds his life taking an interesting turn when he gets engaged to Bertia, the Chancellor’s daughter. She is determined to excel as a villainess and have her engagement annulled, but her plans always seem to fail. Cecil observes Bertia’s attempts, wondering if she is simply misguided in her endeavors.
