Bandai Namco Entertainment is set to release a new mobile game titled “Jump+ Jumble Rush” for iOS and Android devices this fall, coinciding with the 10th anniversary of Shueisha’s digital manga service, Shonen Jump+. The game was officially announced with a teaser promotional video on July 3, 2025.
“Jump+ Jumble Rush” is described as a “manga-frame tower defense game” or “manga panel-style tower offense game,” allowing players to create “dream parties” using characters from various Shonen Jump+ manga titles. The gameplay involves strategically deploying characters to defend against approaching enemies, with game stages designed to resemble manga panels. Players will also be able to relive “famous scenes” from the series through special moves and a “simultaneous attack technique” called “JUMBLE RUSH.”
The game will feature a wide array of characters from popular Shonen Jump+ series across different genres, including action, comedy, sci-fi, and romantic comedy. Confirmed manga series whose characters will appear in the game include SPY×FAMILY, Kaiju No. 8, DAN DA DAN, Chainsaw Man, Aharen-san is Indecipherable, Magilumiere Co. Ltd., Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective, Summer Time Rendering, Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, Takopi’s Original Sin, Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!, Lycopene the Tomatoy Poodle, 2.5 Dimensional Seduction, ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess, Oblivion Battery, Chained Soldier, and Red Cat Ramen.
Shonen Jump+, a digital publication launched by Shueisha in late 2014, offers a diverse collection of original manga titles in addition to digital editions of Weekly Shonen Jump and other Shueisha manga magazines. The upcoming mobile game is expected to be a free download with an item-based payment system, allowing for optional in-app purchases.
