TNSK, the acclaimed creator behind the popular series My Master Has No Tail, is set to debut a new manga titled Torimatorimasu. The new series will begin serialization in the August issue of Kodansha’s Good! Afternoon magazine, scheduled for release on August 7.
Torimatorimasu will center on a character named Jun, a young girl who relocates to a clinic in a secluded mountain village with her father, a doctor. What initially promises to be an idyllic summer for Jun takes a chilling turn as she begins to hear unsettling rumors about the clinic and uncovers a mysterious, old videotape.
TNSK’s previous work, My Master Has No Tail (also known as Uchi no Shishō wa Shippo ga Nai), was serialized in Good! Afternoon from January 2019 to January 2024, concluding with 12 tankōbon volumes. The series garnered a dedicated fanbase and inspired an anime adaptation in 2022, which was streamed by HIDIVE.
