TNSK, the acclaimed creator behind the popular manga series My Master Has No Tail, is set to launch a new manga titled Torimatorimasu on August 7. The announcement was made in the August issue of Kodansha’s Good! Afternoon magazine.
The new series, Torimatorimasu, will center on a character named Jun, a young girl who relocates with her doctor father to a clinic situated deep within a mountain village. What initially promises to be an idyllic summer for Jun takes a chilling turn as she begins to hear unsettling rumors about the clinic and subsequently uncovers a mysterious, old videotape.
TNSK’s previous work, My Master Has No Tail (Uchi no Shishō wa Shippo ga Nai), was serialized in Good! Afternoon from January 2019 until its conclusion in January 2024. Kodansha published the manga’s 12th and final volume in February 2024, with Kodansha USA Publishing releasing the final English digital volume in September 2024. The series garnered significant attention, inspiring an anime adaptation in 2022, which was streamed by HIDIVE.
