Your Forma is a science-fiction crime suspense anime based on the light novel series written by Mareho Kikuishi and illustrated by Tsubata Nozaki. The story unfolds in a world where a pandemic of viral encephalitis in 1992 led to the development of “Your Forma,” an invasive information device implanted into the brain.
