The upcoming anime adaptation of Shinya Misu’s romantic comedy manga, “Osananajimi to wa LoveCom ni Naranai” (It’s Not Possible To Be In a Romantic Comedy With a Childhood Friend), has announced that Sae Hiratsuka has been cast to voice the character Runa Tsukimi.
Runa Tsukimi is described as having an angelic, devilish, and “little sister”-type personality within the series. The television anime, produced by Tezuka Productions, is slated to begin broadcasting in Japan in 2026.
This casting announcement adds to the previously revealed voice actors for the series. Rin Kusumi will lend her voice to Shio Minamo, a character noted for her carefree and popular demeanor. Yu Serizawa is cast as Akari Hiodoshi, another of the protagonist’s childhood friends. The anime aims to bring to life the complicated and sweet love triangle at the heart of the manga, which centers on high schooler Eeyuu and his two childhood friends.
