“Otherworldly Munchkin: Let’s Speedrun the Dungeon with Only 1 HP!” is an anime adaptation of the manga series written by Yū Shimizu and illustrated by Makoto Aogiri. The story centers on Yukito Kirihara, a 16-year-old boy who dies while protecting his younger sister, Sana. He is then reincarnated in a fantasy world with a crucial twist: he only has 1 HP. Upon discovering his sister Sana is also in this new world, Yukito embarks on a perilous quest to find and rescue her, navigating deadly dungeons and boss battles with no margin for error.
The anime is being animated by Studio Durandal, with Mamoru Yokota serving as chief director, alongside Kei Yoshimizu and Naoya Fukushi as directors. Hiroshi Hosokawa is handling the series composition, and Asami Tachibana is composing the music. The main voice cast includes Kazuki Ura as protagonist Yukito Kirihara, Kana Yuki as Charlotte R. Brownia, and Hika Tsukishiro as Sana Kirihara, among others. Crunchyroll was slated to stream the series exclusively.
