The highly anticipated anime adaptation of “The Case Book of Arne” has revealed its main cast, music composer, and confirmed its premiere date for January 6, 2026. This announcement comes with new details for fans eagerly awaiting the animated take on the popular mystery adventure game.

The TV anime for “The Case Book of Arne” is officially slated to begin its broadcast on January 6, 2026. The adaptation of the mystery game, which originated in 2017, was previously announced on November 6, 2024, marking the franchise’s seventh anniversary. Studio SILVER LINK is at the helm of the animation production.
Key Staff and Creative Team
Keisuke Inoue, known for directing “My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!”, is directing the anime. Inoue is also co-writing the series composition with Murasaki, the original game’s scenario writer and producer. Character designs and chief animation direction are handled by Akiko Satō. The musical score for the series will be composed by Yoshiaki Fujisawa.
Main Cast Members Introduced
The new video reveal also showcased several prominent voice actors joining the cast. Mariya Ise, Kōki Uchiyama, Aimi Tanaka, and Yuka Nukui are confirmed to star in the anime. Their paths cross in the mysterious city of Lügenberg, inhabited by non-humans, where they team up to solve a series of bloody and bizarre murder cases.
The game, created by the Harumurasaki production team, first launched on Game Magazine’s website in November 2017 and later became available on Steam in 2020. The franchise has also expanded into a manga adaptation by Soraho Ina, which began serialization in Kadokawa’s Monthly Comic Gene magazine in 2018.
