Plot Overview and 2026 Premiere
The story centers on high school student Eiyuu (Yonosuke Sakai), who faces a romantic dilemma as his two childhood friends, Shio and Akari, have grown “incredibly cute.” While they don’t seem to harbor romantic interest in him, Eiyuu struggles with his own developing feelings, fearing the embarrassment if his changed perspective were discovered. Unbeknownst to him, Shio and Akari each hold their own secrets, creating a “tangled and humorous love triangle” dynamic.
The anime is scheduled to begin broadcasting in January 2026 on TV Tokyo, AT-X, and BS NTV. Crunchyroll has also confirmed it will stream the series.
