The highly anticipated second season of the anime series, Anyway, I’m Falling in Love with You (Dōse, Koishite Shimaunda.), is officially slated to premiere on January 8, 2026, on TBS, with a broadcast on BS11 following on January 11. Anyway, I’m Falling in Love with You is based on the popular shojo manga by Haruka Mitsui, which began serialization in Kodansha’s Nakayoshi magazine in November 2020. The first anime season, produced by Typhoon Graphics, aired from January to March 2025, comprising 12 episodes. The series quickly garnered a following for its engaging romantic premise set against the backdrop of a global pandemic.
The story revolves around Mizuho Nishino, an aspiring manga artist, whose 17th birthday takes an unexpected turn when her childhood friend, Kizuki, confesses his feelings for her, complicating her relationships with her four close male friends.

Director Junichi Yamamoto, who helmed the first season, will return to direct the second season at Typhoon Graphics. Yū Murai is also confirmed to be overseeing the series scripts.
