The highly anticipated anime adaptation of “A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai” (Sozai Saishuka no Isekai Ryokōki) has officially announced its streaming debut for September 29, 2025, in Japan, alongside details for its ending theme, a new trailer, and additional voice cast members. The series, based on Masuo Kinoko’s light novel series, will first be available on streaming platforms before its television broadcast.
Early Streaming Debut on U-NEXT
Fans in Japan will get an early look at “A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai” with its streaming premiere on U-NEXT on September 29 at 24:30 JST (effectively September 30 at 12:30 a.m.). Following its streaming debut, the anime will begin its television broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX and BS11 on October 6 at 24:00 JST (effectively October 7 at 12:00 a.m.). Crunchyroll has confirmed that it will stream the series worldwide, excluding Asia, with specific scheduling details to be announced.
Nakigoto! to Perform Ending Theme “Mugen Trip”
The rock duo Nakigoto! will perform the anime’s ending theme song, titled “Mugen Trip.” A new promotional video has been released, offering a preview of this theme song alongside fresh anime footage. Previously, the VTuber unit Nornis was announced to perform the opening theme, “Prologue,” which was featured in earlier trailers.
Latest Trailer Showcases Action and New Music
The newly unveiled trailer provides an exciting glimpse into the Isekai world of Madeus, showcasing Takeru’s adventures and his unique “Search” ability. The trailer not only highlights the animation style from Tatsunoko Production and SynergySP but also offers the first listen of Nakigoto!’s “Mugen Trip.”
Expanded Cast Joins the Isekai Journey
Two new prominent voice actors have been added to the cast, bringing more characters to life in “A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai.” Toshiyuki Morikawa will lend his voice to Clayston, a lizardman warrior affiliated with the adventurers’ guild “Ewropa.” Satomi Satou joins as Pnir, also known as Hofvalpnir, a divine beast identified as an Ancient Horse.

The Story of a Gatherer in a New World
“A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai” follows Takeru Kamishiro, an ordinary office worker whose life takes an extraordinary turn when he is summoned to another world known as Madeus. In this new realm of swords and magic, Takeru finds himself equipped with a plethora of skills. Beyond enhanced physical strength and remarkable magical abilities, he possesses a unique “Search” power, allowing him to discover valuable items. With these “cheat skills,” Takeru embarks on an all-new adventure, aiming to thrive as a gatherer in this treasure-rich Isekai.
The anime is directed by Yoshinori Odaka, with series composition by Gigaemon Ichikawa and character designs by Mayumi Watanabe. Hiroshi Takaki is composing the music, while animation production is handled by Tatsunoko Production and SynergySP. GENCO is producing the series. The original light novel series by Masuo Kinoko began online in 2016, with a manga adaptation by Tomozo also in serialization.
