To combat this escalating threat, the government has instituted a “Bounty Hunter System,” empowering registered civilians to neutralize wanted criminals who possess illegal Somadea, dead or alive, in exchange for substantial rewards.
The narrative centers on Ubu Kamigori, a formidable bounty hunter who navigates this unforgiving world alone, driven by her profession rather than a sense of social justice.
