The highly anticipated opening sequence video for the Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER TV anime has been officially revealed. The announcement, made on Friday, June 27, 2025, offers fans a first look at the visuals accompanying the series’ opening theme.
The opening theme song, titled “End of Days,” is performed by ReoNa. This new season marks the third television anime adaptation of Hypergryph’s popular Arknights mobile game.
Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER is set to premiere on July 4, 2025, airing on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, and Sun TV. It will also be broadcast on BS11 starting July 6 and Animax from August 2. For international viewers, Crunchyroll will stream the anime beginning July 4.
The anime is produced by Yostar Pictures, with Yuki Watanabe directing and Masaki Nishikawa serving as assistant director. Aya Takafuji is responsible for the animation character designs, and Yuki Hayashi handles the music.
The main cast features returning voice actors, including Tomoyo Kurosawa as Amiya, Yuki Kaida as Doctor, and Maaya Sakamoto as Talulah. Other notable cast members include Shizuka Ishigami as Ch’en, Yōko Hikasa as Kal’tsit, Yui Ogura as Rosmontis, Yuuka Nanri as Theresa, Ayana Taketatsu as W, and Kiyono Yasuno as Hoshiguma.
The Arknights franchise, which began with the mobile tower defense game launched in China in May 2019 and globally in January 2020, has seen previous anime adaptations. The first season, Arknights: Prelude to Dawn, premiered in October 2022, followed by Arknights: Perish in Frost in October 2023. Crunchyroll also streamed these previous seasons.
