The original manga by Chinjao Musume and Tama Nogami launched on Kodansha’s YanMaga Web website in February 2021. Kodansha has published the manga in a “Luxurious full-color strong edition,” with three volumes released as of November 2024. The manga has garnered a significant following, with over 1.2 million copies in circulation as of November 2024.
Release Details
“Chuhai Lips: Canned Flavor of Married Women” is set to premiere on Tokyo MX on July 1 at 25:00 (effectively July 2 at 1:00 a.m.) and will air on BS11 on July 6 at 25:10 (effectively July 7 at 1:10 a.m.). The Deregula Edition will stream on AnimeFesta starting July 1. The anime will consist of eight episodes. A Blu-ray Disc and DVD release is scheduled for November 26, including all eight episodes of the Deregula edition and an OVA episode titled “Yui Koriyama – What Comes After…”
