Crunchyroll has officially unveiled the English dub cast for the highly anticipated second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince So I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability (Tensei Shitara Dainana Ōji Datta no de, Kimamani Majutsu o Kiwamemasu) light novel series. The English dub is set to begin streaming on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
Several key cast members from the first season will be reprising their roles, with new additions joining the ensemble.
Returning and New English Voice Cast Members
The English dub features a mix of returning talent and new voices bringing the characters to life for the second season. Meg McClain returns as Lloyd, Sara Ragsdale as Grim, and Nia Celeste as Ren.

English Dub Production Team
Behind the scenes, the English dub production is led by a dedicated team. Lee George is directing the dub, with Zach Bolton serving as producer. Clayton Browning is responsible for adapting the script. Gino Palencia will be the mixer, and Derric Benavides will serve as the engineer.
Season 2 Premiere and Production Details
The second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince originally premiered on TV Tokyo in Japan on July 9, 2025 (effectively July 10, JST). Crunchyroll has been simulcasting the subtitled version of the anime as it airs in Japan.
The production staff and cast from the first season have largely returned for the second season. Jin Tamamura directs the anime at Tsumugi Akita Anime Lab. R.O.N (STEREO DIVE FOUNDATION) is composing the music, while Naoki Tozuka handles the script, series composition, and art management. Yuuichi Abe is the action director, Mai Ono is the color key artist, and Yūki Yano is the compositing director of photography. Ryō Tanaka serves as the sound director at Ai Addiction.
Kaede Higuchi performs the opening theme song “CALLING†” for the second season. Nako Misaki, who also voices Lami in the series, performs the new ending theme song “Meteor.”
The anime is based on the light novel series by Kenkyo na Circle, with illustrations by Meru. A manga adaptation by Yōsuke Kokuzawa and character designer Meru launched in Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket app in 2020. Kodansha USA Publishing licenses the manga in English. The story follows Prince Lloyd, who was a sorcerer in his previous life and, upon reincarnation, decides to continue his magical studies despite being a 10-year-old prince.
