Theme Song Reveals
The opening and ending theme songs for Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right have been announced. The opening theme, titled “Seishun no Silhouette” (Youthful Silhouette), will be performed by HΔG. For the ending theme, “Senkō Hanabi” (Sparklers), Minami Tanaka, who voices the protagonist Luna Ishikawa, will take on the vocal performance. Lantis is producing the music for the series.
Expanding the Voice Cast
While Minami Tanaka (known for Zombieland Saga) stars as the titular clumsy vampire Luna Ishikawa, and Kensho Ono (Kuroko’s Basketball, Attack on Titan) voices Tatsuta Ootori, the series’ helpful classmate, the latest revelations confirm their roles and hint at the chemistry between the leads. Luna is portrayed as a second-year vampire transfer student at Kashinokidai High School who struggles with blood-sucking, while Tatsuta is a fellow second-year student who discovers her secret and agrees to help her practice. The initial teaser trailer provides fans with their first opportunity to hear these key voice actors in their respective roles.
October 2025 Premiere Confirmed
The Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right anime is officially set to premiere in October 2025. It will air on Tokyo MX, Kansai TV, BS Asahi, and AT-X. The adaptation is directed by Sayaka Yamai, with Yuniko Ayana in charge of series scripts, and Takuya Tani handling character designs. Tomoki Kikuya is composing the music. The anime is based on Kyosuke Nishiki’s manga series, which began serialization in Fujimi Shobo’s Monthly Dragon Age magazine in May 2021 and has compiled eight volumes as of April 2025. Yen Press has licensed the manga for English publication.
