Minako Kotobuki Takes on the Role of Kanade Gujo
Minako Kotobuki, known for her roles as Tsumugi Kotobuki in K-On! and Asuka Tanaka in Sound! Euphonium, expressed her thoughts on her new character and the series. She commented on the gentle and delicate atmosphere of the original manga, stating her hope that the anime will similarly convey the characters’ intricate emotions.
Kanade Gujo, a first-year graduate student, is described by Kotobuki as someone who enjoys slowly sipping alcohol, a characteristic that aligns with the series’ central theme.
