The announcement was made at an advanced screening of the anime’s first three episodes held at Shinjuku Piccadilly Cinema. The fantasy-action series is slated to premiere on October 3.

The anime is an adaptation of the popular light novel series by Shisui Meikyou with illustrations by tef. J-Novel Club has licensed the novels, which tell the story of Light, a protagonist who, after being betrayed and left for dead by his companions in the treacherous Abyss dungeon, discovers the true power of his “Unlimited Gacha” skill. This ability allows him to summon powerful, high-level allies, and he ultimately seeks revenge on those who wronged him.
Unveiling the Production Team and Voice Cast
The production of My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha: Backstabbed in a Backwater Dungeon, I’m Out for Revenge! is helmed by a seasoned team. Katsushi Sakurabi, known for his work on Flying Witch, is directing the anime at J.C.STAFF.
