The “Hands off: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun” TV anime will officially debut in Japan on Tokyo MX on October 5 at 25:05 JST (effectively October 6 at 1:05 a.m.), followed by a late-night broadcast on BS11 on October 6. For viewers outside of Japan, OceanVeil has confirmed it will provide a simulcast of the series, ensuring “no cuts or edits for international release,” a significant detail given the nature of the series.
In Japan, the anime will be available in multiple versions: a heavily censored broadcast version, a partially censored “Deregula Version” available on selected video-on-demand (VoD) services, and a “Complete Deregula Version” with uncensored and extended scenes exclusively streaming on AnimeFesta. An advanced screening event for the anime is scheduled to take place in Tokyo on September 28.
Plot and Premise of the Anime
The story of “Hands off: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun” centers around Kōyō Kotesashi, a young man with exceptional massage skills who dreams of becoming a sports doctor. He earns a scholarship to Seiha University High School, a renowned institution for its strong sports teams. To cover his school expenses, Kotesashi takes on a role as a hostel manager, where he provides massage services to a diverse group of unique female athletes. The series blends elements of erotic comedy, romantic comedy, and sports.
