Synopsis
Onmyō Kaiten Re:verse is set in an alternate version of Heian-kyō (the old name of Kyoto) called Denji Heian-kyō. The story follows Takeru Narehira, a delinquent high schooler who is transported to this alternate world after an accident. In Denji Heian-kyō, Takeru meets Tsukimiya, a woman who has appeared in his dreams. However, their reunion is short-lived as they are attacked and killed by an oni monster. Takeru then awakens to find himself back in Denji Heian-kyō, realizing he has the power to travel through time. To save Tsukimiya, Takeru resolves to learn onmyōjutsu techniques and become an onmyōji sorcerer.
