The romantic suspense series, which began serialization in January 2023 on Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday manga website and MangaONE app, is now heading towards its conclusion.

The announcement of the manga entering its final arc was made by Shogakukan’s Manga ONE app on October 6, 2025. This news signals the beginning of the end for the captivating story of Satoko Kirigaya, a Meiji-era noblewoman, and the mysterious assassin, Shinpei Goto.

“Firefly Wedding” has garnered significant attention since its debut.
