About ‘Pass the Monster Meat, Milady!’
The anime, originally premiering in Japanese on October 2, 2025, is based on Kanata Hoshi’s light novel series, illustrated by Peperon. The story follows Lady Melphiera, an earl’s daughter shunned by high society due to her unique preference for monster-based cuisine. Her life takes a turn when she is saved by Aristide of Galbraith, known as the “Blood-Mad Duke,” who surprisingly takes an interest in her unusual hobby.
The Japanese production staff includes Mutsumi Takeda as the director at Asahi Production, Keiichirō Ōchi handling series composition, Masato Katō designing characters, and Takaaki Nakahashi composing the music.
The series was initially slated for an April 2025 release but was delayed to October due to “various circumstances.” Crunchyroll is streaming the anime in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, and Southeast Asia. The original Japanese cast features Kanna Nakamura as Melphiera Marchalrayd and Taito Ban as Aristide of Galbraith.
