Remow, a leading global Japanese entertainment content distributor, has officially launched “It’s Anime,” a new 24/7 Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST) channel, now available on Samsung TV Plus in the United States and Canada. The channel aims to provide anime enthusiasts with timely access to both the latest series and beloved classics directly from Japan, without the need for a subscription.
Expanding Anime Accessibility in North America
The launch of “It’s Anime” on July 2, 2025, marks a significant step in Remow’s mission to make culturally authentic and premium Japanese anime accessible to a global audience. Akira Ishii, CEO of Remow, emphasized that the channel was developed to meet the expectations of today’s passionate and engaged anime audience, who desire timely access to new series without barriers. He views FAST services as premier destinations for top-quality anime, expressing pride in offering a platform where viewers can discover and enjoy fresh, in-demand titles and hopes it will expand the anime fanbase.
Remow, founded by Japanese publisher Shueisha, has been actively expanding its streaming footprint, with a presence in over 140 countries and across more than 40 streaming platforms. This includes the successful launch of its “24/7 SAMURAI-SHINOBI” FAST channel on Prime Video and significant traction on YouTube, with nearly 100 million views in under a year. The company also previously launched a dedicated anime FAST channel in 18 Latin American countries. The “It’s Anime” channel is expected to roll out on additional platforms and in other territories throughout 2025 and 2026.
