Seven Seas Entertainment has announced the acquisition of five new Boys’ Love (BL) manga and danmei (Chinese BL novels) titles, including Everything for Demon King Evelogia and Laughter in the Sunshine. The announcement, made on July 30, 2025, expands their robust catalog of LGBTQ+ themed releases.
New Additions to the Seven Seas BL and Danmei Lineup
The newly licensed titles are slated for release throughout 2026, with both print and digital editions planned.
Everything for Demon King Evelogia
Io Kajiwara’s Everything for Demon King Evelogia is a Mature-rated Boys’ Love isekai manga that inspired an anime adaptation. The story follows a man who is transported into his favorite video game, finally getting the chance to team up with the Demon King Evelogia, a character he has always admired. The first volume is set to be released in April 2026.
Laughter in the Sunshine
Laughter in the Sunshine by FUUKI MARU is a sweet Boys’ Love romance manga. The plot revolves around Taiyo Kiriyama, who, despite apartment rules, attempts to smuggle in an abandoned cat. He is caught by the building manager, Asahi Taira, and in exchange for keeping the cat for a month, Taiyo becomes Asahi’s errand boy. Their time together leads to Taiyo developing feelings for Asahi, even as he discovers Asahi is in love with someone else. This single large-trim edition manga will be available in May 2026.
The Lucky Egg Game: Cai Dan You Xi
Bo Mu Bing Lun’s The Lucky Egg Game: Cai Dan You Xi is a danmei novel series described as an action-packed Boys’ Love story. It follows Lin Jue and twelve other students who receive a mysterious “easter egg” after their campus is sealed off and everyone else turns into zombies. They must survive a twisted supernatural game, navigating threats from both zombies and potentially treacherous comrades. The first volume of this danmei novel is scheduled for release in July 2026.
Remnant: Beastmen Omegaverse
Hana Hasumi’s Remnant: Beastmen Omegaverse is a Mature-rated Boys’ Love omegaverse manga. The story centers on an orphaned omega who goes to great lengths to keep his small family, including his younger sister, together, even if it means placing his trust in a mysterious alpha. This series is also set for release.
Marriage to the Wolf: The Tale of an Inter-species Union
Authored by Hana Inui, Marriage to the Wolf: The Tale of an Inter-species Union is a Boys’ Love manga. It tells the tale of Kaede, a young man from the rabbit tribe, who is unexpectedly chosen to be the new bride for a distinguished yet dangerous wolf family. Despite his reluctance, Kaede agrees to the marriage to secure supplies and food for his family. The first volume is expected in July 2026.

All announced titles will be available in large-trim paperback editions as part of Seven Seas‘ respective imprints, including the Seven Seas BL Label and Seven Seas Danmei label. Ebook editions will also be released on digital platforms.
