The highly anticipated fourth season of “The Rising of the Shield Hero” has officially revealed its English dub cast, with the first English-dubbed episode commencing streaming on Crunchyroll from July 10. The new season itself premiered on July 9 in Japan across various networks including AT-X, TOKYO MX, Sun Television, KBS, TV Aichi, Lemino, and d Anime Store.
Leading the charge in the English dub are returning voice actors Stephen Fu as Naofumi, Erica Mendez as Raphtalia, and Brianna Knickerbocker as Filo. Several other familiar voices will also reprise their roles for Season 4.

The English dub production is overseen by a dedicated team. Courtney Sanford serves as the Voice Director, with Eric P. Sherman as the producer. Henry Mason is responsible for the writing and adaptation of the scripts. Kenneth Thompson is the mixer, and Krystal Holmes is the engineer for the English dub.
Season 4 Details
Hitoshi Haga, who directed the third season, returns to direct “The Rising of the Shield Hero” Season 4 at studio Kinema Citrus. Keigo Koyanagi is again overseeing the series scripts, while Franziska van Wulfen, Sana Komatsu, and Masahiro Suwa are returning as character designers. Kevin Penkin is back to compose the music, joined by sub-composers Alfredo Sirica and Natalie Jeffreys.
The anime is based on the light novel series by Aneko Yusagi with illustrations by Seira Minami. The new season is slated for 12 episodes. Crunchyroll is streaming the series globally, continuing its coverage of the popular Isekai franchise. The story continues Naofumi Iwatani’s journey as the Shield Hero, a seemingly uncharismatic otaku summoned to a parallel universe to fight alongside three other heroes against Waves of Catastrophe.
