The Journey of Kumiko Oumae Continues
Sound! Euphonium follows the journey of Kumiko Oumae and the Kitauji High School Concert Band as they strive for musical excellence. The third season of the TV anime, which premiered in April 2024, adapted Kumiko’s third and final year in high school, where she takes on the role of president and navigates the challenges of leading the band while also contending with a new transfer student, Mayu Kuroe. The new film is expected to continue this narrative, bringing Kumiko’s emotional arc to a powerful conclusion.
