Plot Expectations for SPY×FAMILY Season 3
Based on Tatsuya Endo’s ongoing manga, the third season is expected to delve into several intriguing arcs. Fans can anticipate the adaptation of the “Friendship Schemes Arc” (Missions 64-68), which sees Yor making an unlikely friend while Anya continues her efforts to bond with Damian. Following this, the thrilling “Red Circus Arc” (Missions 69-78) is highly probable, where Anya’s school bus is hijacked by a terrorist group during a field trip, forcing her and her classmates to find a way to resolve the dangerous situation. There’s also a possibility of the “Mole Hunt Arc” (Missions 79-81) being covered, involving Westalian agents in Ostania whose lives are jeopardized by a mole.
The new season is also expected to further explore the emotional development within the Forger family, with Loid learning more about Anya, Yor becoming even more protective, and Anya using her telepathic abilities more strategically. The Desmond family and Loid’s overarching mission, Operation Strix, are also likely to gain more focus.
