Kunihito: A Glimpse into Maeno’s Role
Tomoaki Maeno’s character, Kunihito, is described as a man of fervor and dedication, having served as a public order official in the ancient capital of Heian-kyō. This historical setting, albeit an alternate version known as Denji Heian-kyō, is central to the anime’s narrative, blending delinquent themes with isekai and historical battles.
Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse: A New Original from david production
Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse marks a significant milestone for david production, the acclaimed studio behind series like JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, as it is their inaugural original television anime. The anime introduces viewers to Narihira Takeru, a delinquent who finds himself in a parallel universe after an unexpected accident. He encounters Tsukimiya, a girl from his dreams, in a remodeled medieval Kyoto. The plot thickens as Takeru and Tsukimiya are slain by a monster, only for Takeru to awaken again, realizing he possesses the ability to leap through time. His mission then becomes to train with Abe Seimei to fight and ultimately save Tsukimiya’s life.
