Produced by Geno Studio, “Your Forma” is an adaptation of the light novel series by Mareho Kikuishi and Tsubata Nozaki. The anime initially premiered in Japan on April 2, 2025, as part of TV Asahi’s new programming block, “IM Animation W”. Prior to its Amazon Prime Video debut, the series was also streamed by anime distributor REMOW on the Samsung TV Plus service in the United States and Canada.
The anime offers both Japanese and English dubs, alongside English and Latin American Spanish subtitles, catering to a wider audience.
Synopsis of “Your Forma”
The story of “Your Forma” is set in a world where a 1992 viral encephalitis pandemic led to the development of “Your Forma,” an invasive information device implanted into the brain. This technology records every sight, sound, and emotion experienced by its users.
The narrative follows Echika Hieda, a prodigiously talented “Electronic Investigator” whose job involves delving into collective data recorded by “Your Forma” to solve major crimes. Echika is partnered with Harold, a humanoid “Amicus,” and together, this exceptional duo works to uncover hidden secrets within the recorded memories.

The “Your Forma” anime television series is directed by Takaharu Ozaki, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu handling series composition and episode screenplays. Chikashi Kadekaru is responsible for character designs, and Tatsuya Kato composed the music. The opening theme song is “Gridout” by Yama, while the ending theme is “Neo-Luddite” by 9Lana. The main cast includes Kana Hanazawa as Echika Hieda and Kenshō Ono as Harold W. Lucraft.
