The highly anticipated anime series “Your Forma” is officially streaming on Amazon Prime Video in the United States, with its availability beginning on July 11, 2025. This allows U.S. audiences to watch the science-fiction crime suspense story, adapted from Mareho Kikuishi and Tsubata Nozaki’s light novel series.
Initially, “Your Forma” premiered in Japan on April 2, 2025, and was also announced to stream in the U.S. and Canada on Samsung TV Plus starting in April 2025. While Samsung TV Plus was an initial streaming platform, the availability on Amazon Prime Video provides a broader reach for viewers in the United States.
The anime is available with both Japanese audio and English dubs, alongside English and Latin American Spanish subtitles, offering multiple viewing options for its audience.
About “Your Forma”
The plot of “Your Forma” is set in a world grappling with the aftermath of a 1992 viral encephalitis pandemic. To counter the effects of the virus, a medical technology called “Your Forma” was developed. This invasive information device is implanted into the brain, recording every sight, sound, and even emotion.
The series follows Echika Hieda, a prodigious “Electronic Investigator” who uses “Your Forma” to delve into collective data to solve major crimes. Despite her exceptional talent, Echika is isolated. Her new partner is Harold, a blonde, blue-eyed humanoid “Amicus.” Together, this duo aims to uncover hidden secrets and expose the truth behind various incidents.
The anime adaptation is directed by Takaharu Ozaki, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu handling the screenplay and series composition, Chikashi Kadekaru as the character designer, and Tatsuya Kato composing the music. Geno Studio is responsible for the animation production. The main voice cast includes Kana Hanazawa as Echika Hieda and Kensho Ono as Harold W. Lucraft.
