The highly anticipated psychological thriller anime series “Your Forma” is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video in the United States. This comes after an initial exclusive streaming period on Samsung TV Plus in North America.
The anime, based on the science-fiction crime suspense light novel series by Mareho Kikuishi and Tsubata Nozaki, premiered on April 2, 2025, in Japan on TV Asahi’s new programming block, “IM Animation W”. Its availability on Amazon Prime Video commenced on July 11, 2025.
“Your Forma” is presented with both Japanese audio and English dubs, alongside English and Latin American Spanish subtitles, catering to a wider audience. The series is produced by Geno Studio and directed by Takaharu Ozaki, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu handling series composition and Chikashi Kadekaru designing the characters.

The story of “Your Forma” is set in a world fundamentally altered by a viral encephalitis pandemic in 1992. The medical technology developed to combat this pandemic evolved into “Your Forma,” an invasive information device implanted directly into the brain. This advanced technology records every sight, sound, and even emotion experienced by individuals.
In this intricately monitored society, major crimes are investigated by special detectives known as “Electronic Investigators,” who delve into the collective data stored by “Your Forma” devices. The narrative follows Echika Hieda, a prodigious “Electronic Investigator” who, despite her exceptional talent at a remarkably young age, finds herself isolated by her abilities. She is partnered with Harold, a blonde, blue-eyed humanoid “Amicus.” Together, this unique duo is tasked with uncovering hidden secrets within the vast sea of recorded information.
Initial Streaming and Wider Availability
While “Your Forma” initially launched on Samsung TV Plus in the U.S. and Canada, a decision that proved challenging for many potential viewers without Samsung devices, its subsequent release on Amazon Prime Video marks a significant expansion of its accessibility. This move allows a broader range of anime fans in the United States to legally stream the series.
Beyond Amazon Prime Video and Samsung TV Plus, the anime has also been made available through various streaming services across different regions, including ADN in EMEA, Anime Onegai in Latin America, and other platforms in Asia.
